ICS Karafyllis S.A., in order to ensure the highest level of customer service, has updated its returns policy. Products returned to the Company must be in excellent condition.

Specifically, products must be returned in their original packaging, include all accessories and be accompanied by the relevant return form. If these conditions are not met, the products cannot be accepted for return and the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.

In addition, customers are required to inspect the products externally and internally upon receipt, including checking the packaging and accessories. If any damage is identified, the customer has the right to refuse delivery.

In the case of defective products, the customer must notify the Company after receiving the product and arrange its return. Shipping costs will be covered by the Company within 14 days from the invoice date.

The cost of reshipping the repaired or replacement product will also be covered by the Company. To qualify for Company-paid shipping, all shipments must be made through the Company’s partner courier services.

In the case of a product return under warranty due to product malfunction, the product must be returned to the Company together with the completed return form. In this case, the Company covers the shipping costs within 14 days from the invoice date.
