  1. Regular backup is the Customer’s responsibility. ICS is not liable for any partial or total loss of data, indirect / consequential damages and / or damages resulting from the inaccurate application of the provided instructions.
  2. For any dispute arising from the provision of support services, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
